COVID-19 Sales Office Operations

In light of the recent COVID-19 developments, Madison Group & Forest Hill Homes are taking extra precautions to ensure our team, purchasers and Sales Office visitors stay healthy. Effective Immediately, our Sales Office operations will be conducted by appointment only.

To book your private appointment please call the respective Sales Office phone numbers to speak to a Sales Associate and answer the questions outlined below.

As a precaution, we will ask all visitors to answer a few questions that relate to your recent travel, contact with a COVID-19 confirmed case, such as:

• Have you been free of all signs of illness, including cough, fever, trouble breathing or any other respiratory issue for the past 48 hours.
• I do not have a confirmed case of COVID-19 (and am not under investigation for a potential case of COVID-19).
• I have not, in the past 14 days, been in close contact with anyone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (or anyone under investigation for a potential case of COVID-19).
• In the past 14 days, I have not travelled to any area designated an “affected area” by the Government of Canada | as found here: https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/2019-novel-coronavirus-infection/health-professionals/covid-19-affected-areas-list.html
• Are you currently experiencing the following: Fever and/or new onset of cough or difficulty breathing?

To all visitors who will attend a scheduled meeting with our team, we have ample hand-sanitizer and disinfectant wipes and are following the best practices for keeping a sterile site as set out by Health Canada.
